As women working in the health industry, we know how chaotic life can feel. This is your invitation to drop the weight, step out of hustle mode, and land back in your body.
Through Reiki, sound healing, ceremonial cacao, and guided meditation, you’ll be held in a space of stillness, nourishment, and intention. Together, we’ll reflect on the energy of the Taurus full moon, using its grounding presence to support the release of limiting beliefs around security, values, and self-worth.
