A blended experience harnessing ayurvedic wisdom to determine your imbalance. Coupling Kundalini, breath, herbal oil & massage to remove toxins, energy, tentions patterns and resistance from the body. The depth of the individual will determine the journey & the level of reflection through clairsentience.

Seetal draws upon her wealth of wisdom to blend an experience that is felt, a deep connection of presence, awareness and knowing. No two experiences are the same. Its an evolution, of play and delivery of what the body is asking for, not a place of the mind – a needing, rather then the structure of expectation. This blended technique clears & energizes, the chakra & marma channels. Improving complexion,decreasing swelling & helping the body to absorb nutrient.For each visit, ayurvedic herbal oils are blended specific to your imbalanced energy and used to nurture your body during experience.
Foot Ritual Sacred Waters, Washing Of The Feet
The warmth of sweet scented water, flower petals, begin our ritual as we clean the feet and prepare for soothing massage, foot mask with reflexology.
Other option: Chakra point mantra & healing, stimulation of the chakra points through the feet as we chant mantra.
Face Ritual
Coalesce of massage, marma hollows & locally sourced (or ayurvedic) face products. This experience offers indulgence that balances the mind, refreshes the skin and beautifies the appearance.

Basti
Janu Basti: located on the knee.
Hridaya Basti: placed on the heart. Works to improve the functioning of the heart.
Griva Basti: placed on the upper portion of the back and neck.
Kati Basti: placed on the lower back.

Shiradhara
'Shira' means head and 'dhara' means the continuous flow of liquid. A continuous stream of medicated oil is poured on the forehead from a specially designed vessel.This treatment is unique to Ayurveda and is one of the most relaxing and divine therapies one can experience.
This deeply soothing therapy helps to relieve stress, anxiety, insomnia, hypertension, migraine, slow the ageing process, premature greying of the hair, alopecia and ultimately strengthens the overall physical constitution of the individual. For maximum effect it is performed over a continuous number of days.
Ist treatment - $190.
2nd and consecutive treatments – $150.
